    Billy Bat is a comic comic, and the real main hero of the Japanese-American artist named Kevin Yamagata, who draws Billy Bat for "marble comics." Soon after the transition to the artist in his studio as two real detectives, who look like Laurel and Hardy in the costumes and rascoats of Dick Tracy, knocked on the door and captured Kevin's room to keep track of the room in a nearby building. One of the detectives, skinny "Laurel", sees the work of Kevin and turns out to be a fan of Billy Bat. Another plump detective "Hardy" takes the page and says that the characters seem familiar to him, and accuses Kevin in the translation of the old "Japanese" comics. When Hardy recalls the comic, who, in his opinion, Kevin deceives, the story jumps in Tokyo in 1949.
