Dumb Ryukai (Neo Dragoon) follows Masamune, young one-eyed general, in 1581 during the feudal era of Japan. The story begins in the castle of Jonzawa, where Masamune lives under the authority of his father. You are ordered to join your first battle: claim the territory of the enemy IGU.
