Hanasaku Iroha
Matsumaa Okhan was a rather common high school student who suddenly goes to live with her grandmother when her mother and her mother's guy decide that they want to be alone for a while. It makes her completely unprepared, but she goes to the onsen of his grandmother only to find out that she is expected to work there too. At first she rejects this idea, but then decides to become this ideal mistress onsen.
