    After a long lack of a young shaman Samizo Kohy returns from the dead with the prophecy of the apocalypse. Or part of it is returned, at least: most of his body has been replaced by the transplanted parts of the body of its former friends, all of which retained their distinctive personalities. He returns home to Shinjuku, where he works a mental surgeon in a unlicensed clinic. Here he acts as an informal custodian of Nezdzyuku, having solicing the secrets of paranormal murders with a variety of other mystical strangers and semi-human allies. Meanwhile, others are wondering what exactly turned Kochi and whether he returned to prevent the apocalypse or start him.
