    Three years ago, Katsumi Yu went to Africa for a voluntary project as a doctor. However, soon after that, the civil war began, and he was captured by the partisan group, which desperately needed medical care for the wounded. He continued to do what came to help in need of people, and did it for several years. But with the change of regime in the country, the partisan group was persecuted, and Yu was forced in a situation of murder or death. Soon after that, he ceases to be a doctor and receives a Lucifer tattoo on his right hand as a reminder of his past crimes. Although Yu returns to Japan, he holds his days, drinking. After a night of drunken fights, he wakes up in the clinic headed by Dr. Minatono. This gloomy looking clinic takes all patients, even those who are not immune or can not even afford, but still supports modern equipment. It turns out that Dr. Minatono deals with clients such as mafia that cannot get into ordinary hospitals for legal reasons, and instead they receive exorbitant amounts of money to help keep the clinic in working condition.
