What is common in two Japanese detectives, a naked man on urban street and a round worm from Botswana? In the first volume, Manhole Ken Midzoguchi and NAO Inoue investigate a series of bloody and mysterious killings, but their work discovers a deadly biological agent that represents the threat of epidemic scales. An unlikely tip begins them in search of the mysterious of the same name of the photographer, but at the same time infection continue to spread.
