Mazinger Z
One of the first manga is super robot and one that presented most of the features of the genus MECHA. Built from Super Alloy Z, Mazinger was built by Professor Juseo Kabuto as a weapon against mechanical beasts of evil Dr. Hella. Kabuto Koji, the grandson of Professor Kabuto, becomes the pilot of Mazinger Z, when his grandfather dies, and from that moment he fights Dr. Hell and his allies. This is the first series that presented the concept of a pilot inside Mecha, which has been followed by all series.
