Midnight is the story of a taxi driver named Shiny Myth (whose name is literally in Japanese for "midnight" and "night") and its various passengers, each of which helps in different ways. Shiny drives a taxi as a way to make money on the treatment of a young woman named Marie, whose brain was damaged some time ago as a result of an accident that the Siberia was responsible for causing. Shinya taxi driving is equipped with a fifth wheel, which makes the car more maneuverable in any road conditions.
