This follows the history of Tatsur Tzinosaki, a priest and a private detective, which is working on solving strange secrets associated with mystical influences. One day a woman comes to his church in search of a mysterious red penguin. It uses a postgipnotic proposal for him, so when the phrase "Red Penguin" is mentioned, it begins to hallucinate. When the journey begins to discover the red penguin, the secrets about the past Tatsuur are revealed, including a gloomy society that can be associated with it suddenly unreliable memory.
