Anno Ozoano, Master of the Temple of Anno, used the Guardian of the Demon Zenki to defeat the Demonic goddess of Karum. After the victory over Karuma, he later sealed Zenki in the post, until it was necessary again. Century later, his descendant, a schoolgirl named Chiaki Anno (小 小, Anno Chiaki, or Cherry Night in some dubbing) is able to release Zenki, although the demon currently has the form of a ruled daemon boy. To turn this extremely complex demon in the form, which made it useful for her ancestor, she carries a bracelet, which appeared on her wrist, when servants of Karuma broke the seal to enter the seed of Karuma. Zenki appear, because the seeds of Karuma (which look like eyeballs) begin to appear and turn people into monsters, and Zenki again needed to eradicate this threat.
